Mani Khaghani, BSL Training and Bison Solutions Ltd. Suspected to bring COVID-19 in Edmonton, Alberta
CEO Mani Khaghani and director Yasmin Ayatollahi may have brought COVID-19 in Alberta. They have recently traveled to and from Iran, and are suspected of moving assets out of Canada to avoid unpaid creditor actions. They are allegedly going out of business soon – and are (or conspiring to) committing such acts of bankruptcy. This involves increased irregular travel to and from Iran, putting Alberta – especially Edmonton – at increased risk of contacting the COVID-19.
Bison Solutions Ltd. and its subsidiary, BSL Training Ltd. are both operated by Mani Khaghani and Yasmin Ayatollahi. Together, they have had a history of non-payment of workers, CRA owed taxes, attacking former employees, and not paying their workers and vendors in general.
Bison Solutions COVID-19 Service: Increased Risk of Exposure
BSL Training, Bison Solutions Ltd., Mani Khaghani, and Yasmin Ayatollahi are also not qualified, or licensed to be practicing COVID-19 decontamination or cleaning services. Use their services at your own risk. Doing do many in fact increase exposure risk to COVID-19 than decrease it.
In addition to their other alleged unlawful acts and attacks on unpaid workers, they are suspected of violating COVID-19 Coronavirus mandatory self-isolation rules.
In January 2020, Mani Khaghani and Yasmin Ayatollahi attempted to litigate a civil employment and debt matter against a creditor in the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench in the form of a restraining order. They cited chest pains, and health-related conditions including stress, and re-current infections. As the issues they were attempting to litigate had actually nothing to do with a restraining order or the defendant in question: the application was dismissed. It is unknown whether these symptoms were actually from COVID-19.
Around July 2019, they moved their primary residence from #5 2051 Towne Centre Blvd. in Edmonton to another unknown location. Mani Khaghani has changed his share ownership and director title entirely to Yasmin Ayatollahi to avoid creditor suspicion. There is speculation that Iran may be the next destination to flee, taking their assets with them – especially with debt owing to the Canada Revenue Agency in excess of $200,000 assessed by as of only June 2019.
Mani Khaghani and Bison Solutions: Dangerous and Violent
The public is advised to approach them with extreme caution. Mani Khaghani and Yasmin Ayatollahi may be moving assets and travelling with them to Iran. With increasing aggression and intent to not pay people: the frequency of travel and probability of carrying the COVID-19 to Alberta, likely is to increase. Mani also was arrested and charged with assault against an unpaid employee in May 2019. Mani also at this time of writing, is under a peace bond and other police orders to seize contact with other individuals attacked by him. He is considered to be dangerous and violent.
