Mani Khaghani, Bison Solutions, BSL Training Response to CRA audit
Bison Solutions tax evasion: Mani Khaghani (“Manie Khaghani”) of Bison Solutions of Nisku, Alberta responds to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) audits and investigations. Multiple employees and vendors of Bison Solutions record their posts before removal and hiding from the public.
Note: Bison Solutions Ltd. also does business as BSL Training Ltd., also formally Bison Solutions Training Ltd.
So, what do you do when you owe the CRA over $200,000?
Known Bison Solutions Tax Evasion Tactics by Mani Khaghani
- Labelling employees as independent contractors to avoid paying into CPP and EI source deductions, despite having truly an employee-employer relationship with Bison Solutions or BSL training;
- Labelling employees as independent contractors to deny them entitlements and rights as employees, especially when they are not paid, or promised work and end up under or unemployed;
- Hiring workers as employees, but not actually paying them as employees and actually remitting their CPP, EI, and income tax deductions to CRA;
- Charging GST to clients, but actually spending the GST on themselves, such as on lawyers to not pay people, or useless, futile advertising.
Mani Khaghani and Bison Solutions Ltd. owe CRA in excess of $200,000 of payroll source deductions and GST as of June 2019. This includes only amounts that actually have been assessed, and does not include not yet assessed amounts, or increased source deductions and GST since then.
As of June 24, 2019: CRA auditors have requested a lengthy list of information and records from Mani Khaghani, director Yasmin Ayatollahi, and Bison Solutions Ltd. This includes a list of every vendor, worker, and client they have dealt with, contractual agreements with each, their contact information, and transactions with them. Do not be surprised if you receive an inquiry from CRA yourself if you have dealt with these parties.
